We will be realistic with you about that rather than writing a plan that assumes city-level choice.

Going into a planning meeting with evidence assembled and goals articulated produces a materially better plan than going in to explain your situation from scratch. If your review is coming up, that is a good reason to call now rather than after.
Only where they are genuinely the right fit. We coordinate services we do not provide as a matter of course, including our competitors, and in a regional market that is not optional — the right provider for a particular support is frequently somebody else, and pretending otherwise would be obvious within a fortnight.
