No pressure, ever

What happens after you reach out

Getting in touch does not commit you to anything. Here is exactly what to expect once you do.

01

A real person replies

Within about two hours on any business day — no call centre, no bots. Someone who can actually help.

02

We listen first

We ask about your situation and goals in plain language, and answer your questions honestly — no pressure to commit.

03

A free Meet & Greet

If it feels right, we arrange a no-obligation Meet & Greet (in person or online) to explore how we can help.

04

You decide the next step

Only when you are ready do we begin — matching your team and setting things up around you. You are in control throughout.

Free & no obligation

Reaching out costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Private & confidential

Your details are handled securely under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Judgement-free

Wherever you are in the process, you are welcome — no question is too small.

You are in the right place

Who gets in touch with us

Some people wonder whether they should be the one to call. Whoever you are in someone’s NDIS journey, you are welcome to reach out.

Participants

Whether you are new to the NDIS or looking for a provider who listens, start here — for yourself, at your pace.

Families & carers

Reaching out for someone you love is welcome. We will talk with you, and keep them at the centre of every decision.

Support Coordinators

Refer a participant or check availability. We respond fast and keep you in the loop — see our support coordinators page.

Hospitals & allied health

Coordinating a discharge or a clinical handover? We move quickly on time-sensitive referrals and work alongside your team.

Plan managers

We are a registered provider and comfortable with all management types, so invoicing and paperwork are our problem, not yours.

Community organisations

If someone you support needs disability services, connect them with us — we will take it from a warm introduction.

Where we support: Western Melbourne · Geelong & Barwon · Ballarat & Goldfields · Bendigo & Loddon · Regional Victoria — and growing across Victoria.

Contact questions, answered

A real person responds to enquiries within about two hours on any business day — not a bot, and not a call centre. Referrals are actioned within around 24 hours. If something is urgent, call us on 1300 247 788 and say so.

Yes. The first conversation and the Meet & Greet that may follow cost nothing and commit you to nothing. You only ever begin services when you decide to — and even then, only what is funded in your plan applies.

Absolutely. Many first calls come from a family member or carer. We will happily talk things through with you while keeping the participant at the centre of every decision, with their consent.

We are headquartered in Melbourne and support participants across metropolitan Melbourne and into regional Victoria — including Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo. Some supports reach further than others, so tell us where you are and we will confirm honestly what is available.

Yes, and you do not need a reason beyond wanting something better. Check the notice period in your current service agreement, and we will coordinate the handover so your supports carry on without a gap.

Nothing at all — an unprepared first call is completely fine. If you happen to have your NDIS plan or number handy it can help us be specific sooner, but never let not having them stop you from reaching out.
