We support participants right across Victoria — from our primary hub in Melbourne’s west out to Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and regional Victoria. Tell us where you are and we’ll confirm exactly what’s available near you.
Absolutely, and it’s simpler than most people expect. We handle the handover, coordinate with your current supports, and make sure nothing falls through the gaps during the transition.
Complex is what we’re built for. From high-support SIL to Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3), specialist disability accommodation and registered nursing, our teams are experienced with layered, clinical and changing needs.
Consistency matters, so we match you with a small, regular team who get to know you — not a rotating roster of strangers. If a match isn’t right, we’ll change it, no awkward conversations required.
Look past the marketing and check four things. First, registration — a registered provider is independently audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, and only a registered provider can deliver certain supports to NDIA-managed participants. Second, whether they deliver the supports you need themselves or subcontract them out. Third, worker consistency — ask how many different people will come to your home in a month. Fourth, how quickly a real person responds when something goes wrong. Ask every provider you’re considering those four questions, including us.
Gencare delivers the full range of NDIS supports across Melbourne and Victoria: Support Coordination at all three levels and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching; Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Medium- and Short-Term Accommodation; daily living and personal care, household tasks, community participation, transport and life skills; plus clinical supports including community nursing and mental health support.
