NDIS support in Regional Victoria.
Wherever you are in Victoria, we want to hear from you.
We're on our way to Regional Victoria.
Beyond our established western Melbourne base and our growing hubs in Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula, Ballarat and Bendigo, there is a great deal of Victoria — Gippsland in the east, the Goulburn and Murray in the north, the Grampians and Wimmera in the west, and the South West coast. People in these regions often have the fewest reliable NDIS options, and that’s exactly where a participant-first provider matters most.
We are honest about this: we don’t claim a team on the ground in every town. What we do is take a genuine interest in every enquiry. Tell us where you are and what you need, and we’ll be straightforward about what we can offer now, what we can coordinate remotely, and where you sit as we expand.
Our statewide outreach is how we decide where to grow next — driven by real demand from real people, not a map drawn in an office.

Support in Regional Victoria, answered
Tell us where you are. We won’t pretend to have a local team everywhere, but we take every enquiry seriously — we’ll be honest about what we can offer now, what we can coordinate remotely, and how quickly we might reach your area.
Our outreach spans Gippsland (Traralgon, Sale, Bairnsdale), the Goulburn and Murray (Shepparton, Wodonga, Wangaratta), the Wimmera and Grampians (Horsham), the South West (Warrnambool) and the Mallee (Mildura, Swan Hill). Enquiries from these areas directly influence where we build next.
Sometimes, yes. Supports like Support Coordination can often begin remotely, and we can help you navigate options while hands-on local teams are established. We’ll always be clear about what’s realistic for your location.
Get in touch and tell us your town and your needs. Genuine demand is exactly how we choose our next regional hub — the more we hear from an area, the sooner we prioritise it.
Yes. Choice and control over who supports you is yours under the NDIS. Check any notice period in your current agreement — we will handle coordinating the changeover so there is no gap in your supports.
Yes. Some supports genuinely do not depend on distance — Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching can be delivered by phone and video wherever you are, and are often the supports that unlock everything else. Hands-on, in-person supports depend on having workers near you, which varies by town. We will tell you honestly what is realistic where you live.
Tell us anyway. Our footprint is still growing, and knowing where people need support is genuinely how we decide where to grow next. Even where we cannot deliver hands-on support yet, we can often help with coordination, or point you toward a provider who can — including one that is not us.
