Support Coordination is likely a good fit if…
- You are new to the NDIS, or your plan just changed and feels overwhelming.
- You have a mix of supports that need to work together.
- You want help finding and vetting quality providers.
- You would like to build the skills to manage more of your plan yourself.
- A previous plan underspent, or you struggled to get supports started.
It might not be the right tool if…
- Your plan is simple and you are confidently self-managing already.
- You mainly need help paying invoices — that is Plan Management (financial), which is different.
- Your situation is highly complex or high-risk — Specialist Support Coordination (L3) may fit better.
- You only need a one-off connection — Support Connection (L1) may be enough.
