Find the right home, and settle in with support.
Housing is one of the most overwhelming parts of the NDIS — a maze of acronyms, options and waitlists. We are your guide through it: helping you understand your choices, find a home that fits, and settle in with the right supports around you.
Your housing options
Finding your fit
So many options — and no one to explain them.
SIL, SDA, MTA, private rental, shared living, staying put with modifications… For something as fundamental as where you live, the NDIS offers a bewildering tangle of acronyms and pathways, and precious little help working out which one is actually right for you.
So people get stuck — stalled by confusion, stranded on waitlists, or pushed into whatever a single provider happens to offer, whether it fits or not.
We do it differently. We sit on your side of the table, explain every option honestly, and help you find and settle into a home that genuinely suits your life — not just whatever is available.
Where you live shapes everything. Choosing it should feel clear and supported — not like guessing in the dark.
Your housing options, in plain English.
Five paths, one honest explanation of each — so you can see which fits your life.

How housing support is funded
Housing-related support can be funded in several ways depending on your plan and goals. Here is the plain-English version.
Often via: Support Coordination or capacity-building supports in your plan.
The home itself: Is funded separately (e.g. SDA), or paid privately (rent) — we help line both up.
Independent advice: We help you choose the best option for you, not just our own services.
We coordinate: The options, the move and the supports — so you are not doing it alone.
