It’s a genuine local presence: a real office and a real local team, not a rotating roster driven in from the city.
We built this hub deliberately — establishing local support-worker relationships and service partnerships before opening the doors, so care here is genuine from day one. If you or someone you support is in Ballarat or the surrounding Goldfields, we are open now and taking new referrals.
