Yes, and it is delivered where you live. We do not have an office in the northern suburbs — our bases are in the CBD, Albion and Fraser Rise — so what matters here is whether we have workers close to you, which is a question we will answer honestly rather than generously.
That is what most of it is for. Everyday assistance, personal care, household tasks and community nursing can all be delivered at home, and combined well they hold an arrangement together for a long time. If we think a point has come where housing itself is the problem rather than the hours, we will say so — that is a more useful answer than another roster.
Ask everyone the same questions and see who answers plainly. Who exactly will be coming, by name. What happens when that person is unwell. Who picks up the phone after hours. Whether they will put in writing what they cannot do. A provider who is vague about the fourth one is usually vague about the first three.
